PROPHYLAXIS BY COAL ENTEROSORBENT OF ACUTE AND EXTENDED EMETHOGENIC TOXICITY OF CANCER PATIENT CHEMOTHERAPY

The application of coal enterosorbent during chemotherapy treatment for decreasing of endogenous intoxication was explored. 71 patients participated. Patients received emethogenic chemotherapy. The application of enterosorbent reduced nausea and vomiting, decreased hematological toxicity and biochemical markers of hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity.
