Comparative analysis of tissue hypoxia level in human gastric cancer with such in human cervical cancer has been provided by means of 31Р NMR spectroscopy and immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody namely endogenous hypoxia marker CA 9. It was revealed that gastric cancer is the tumor with moderate level of hypoxia. It was determined the peculiarities of tumor oxygenation and its link with clinical characteristics. According to tumor hypoxia level it has been revealed three groups of gastric neoplasia: metabolic ratio PME/Pi < 1,0;
