APPLICATION OF AN ORIGINAL DERIVATIVE OF PLATINUM FOR TREATMENT OF ULCERATED SKIN IN BREAST CANCER

A new domestic anti-tumor drug containing platinum complexes linked to deoxiribonucleinic acid was applied for local treatment of skin ulcers in 12 patients with locally disseminatedor metastatic breast cancer resistant to standard techniques. Curative effects in the form of full or partial regressions wereregistered inall thepatientswithout any toxic effects associated with the studied drug.
