The paper analyses the results of applying in breast cancer (BC) patients (stage II) an antitumor au tovaccine (AAV) produced by way of treatment of auto logical tumor cells with synthesis products of B. subtilis 7025, depending on the stage of the BC morphological structure. It is shown that the use of AAV is efficient in patients with infiltrative lobular and infiltrative ductu lar BC structures. The appropriateness and schedules of application of the studied AAVs in the treatment of pa tients with infiltrative fibrous serous BC structure needs further investigation. For immunological monitoring of the vaccinated BC patients, it is advisable to apply de layed skin reaction and measure the activity of hetero philic leukocytes.
