EFFICACY OF NEOADJUVANT THERAPY OF BREAST CANCER PATIENTS ON CYTOLOGICAL, CYTOGENETIC AND MOLECULAR-BIOLOGICAL CRITERIA

Cytolological, cytogenetic and molecular- biological examinations of breast cancer cells prior to and after various methods of neoadjuvant therapy have been performed. Devitalizing changes of breast cancer cells are shown to be the highest after intraarterial polychemotherapy and combination of radio- and intravenous polychemotherapy, somewhat lower — after intravenous polychemotherapy and insignificant — after radiotherapy.
