ESTIMATION OF LEVEL OF AN EXPRESSION OF A CD45 AT THE ANALYSIS OF BLAST POPULATIONS IN CHILDREN WITH ACUTE LEUKEMIAS

Results of studying of distribution antigen CD45 surface membrane of lymphocytes in healthy donors (n = 9) and acute leukemias patients (n = 74) at diagnostics stage were presented. Mature lymphocytes differed from leukemic blast cells through higher expression of antigen CD45. Gaiting on CD45 will allows better to identify lymphocytes at all variants of AML and ALL, that is convenient means of identifications of pathological cells.
