The questions of prophylaxis of infectiously inflammatory complications of patients with acute leukemia are examined in work. It is achieved due to the following: etiotropic antibiotic therapy, correction dysbacteriosis to the intestine of probiotics, using of granulocytes colony stimulating factors.
