COMPARISON OF THE RISK OF COLORECTAL CANCER ORIGIN IN FAMILIES OF PATIENTS WITH ULCERATIVE COLITIS AND CROHN’S DISEASE

The analysis of colorectal cancer and other malignancies appearance in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease) and in their relatives during 3–4 generations has been carried out on the basis of 91 pedigrees of families, containing 2083 persons. In the relatives of probands with Crohn’s disease of the I and II degrees of relation was determined higher predisposition to the development of malignant neoplasia including colorectal cancer in comparison to relatives of probands with ulcerative colitis and control group. It was recomended carried out the genealogic analysis to families of probands with IBD for registration of oncology diseases and determination the persons with IBD among the relatives of probands.
