OPTIMIZATION OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH MEDIASTINAL MALIGNANCY

In line with the task assigned and based on own clinicalexperienceofdiagnosticsandtreatmentofmorethan 1500 patients with primarymediastinal neoplasms, optimal variants of morphological classification were identified as well as approaches to diagnostics, choice of an optimal treatment tactics and prognosis. As a result of combined treatment, the relapse rate decreased considerably.
