THE LEVEL OF EXPRESSION AND AUTOPHOSPHORYLATION OF PROTEIN KINASE D1 AND D2 IN GASTRIC ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE DIFFERENT LEVEL OF DIFFERENTIATIONS
Was found that both PKD1 and PKD2 kinases are expressed in conditional normal and reactive tissues of stomach as well as in gastric tissues from patient with gastric adenocarcinoma. It was shown that the level of PKD1/2 expression, autophosphorylation and intracellular localization correlated with the level of adenocarcinoma differentiation. Tumors with moderate level of differentiation showed the high level of PKD1/2 expression and autophosphorylation in both cytoplasm and nucleus, but tumors with low level of differentiation are characterized by weak immunohistochemical reaction on in cytoplasm.
