ROLE OF HEPATOPROTECTORS IN OPTIMIZING HIGH-DOSE METHOTREXAT CHEMOTHERAPY OF OSTEOGENIC SARCOMA IN CHILDREN
Results of treatment of 31 children with the local form osteogenic sarcomas who have received 110 cours of high-dose methotrexate (12 g/m²) are analysed. It is proved, that a complex of hepatoprotectors (essential phospholipids, α-lipoic acid, vitamin Е, enterosorbents — in averagetherapeutic dozes) accelerate decreasing of transaminase and increase thus the efficacy of chemotherapy.
