The paper reports outcomes of treatment of 20 patients with lung cancer (LC) complicated by bleeding. Modern diagnostics and treatment approaches to treating pulmonary bleeding are discussed. These include diagnostic and curative bronchoscopy, bronchial arteriography, roentgenoendovascular occlusion, and intraarterial chemoembolization of bronchial arteries. Based on the analysis of outcomes, it is recommended to apply intraarterial chemoembolization in patients with LC complicated by bleeding. This recommendation is supported by the fact that intra arterial chemoembolization increases survival rate and improves life quality of patients.
