CLINICAL AND GENEALOGICAL ANALYSIS AS FIRST STEP IN EXAMINATION OF PATIENTS WITH ENDOMETRIAL CANCER

Clinical and genealogical survey of 134 patients with endometrial cancer (EC) I stage, from Kiev and Kievan region were carried out. It was determined that association of tumors with different genesis was observed in 45.5% of patient ancestries with EC history. Inherited EC variants and variants as part of family cancer syndrome that give 29.5% and 70.5% from all cases with hereditary tainted, respectively. It was revealed that EC, breast cancer, gastrointestinal tract cancer, lung cancer frequencies increase in families which have at list oneparentwith cancer. Authors suggest that clinical and genealogical analysis should become integral part in examination of patients with EC.
