EFFICACY OF THE APPLICATION OF SELECTIVE RADIOENDOVASCULAR INTRAARTERIAL POLYCHEMOTHERAPY IN BREAST CANCER

The paper analyzes the results of neoadjuvant application of selective radioendovascular intraarterial polychemotherapy (rIAPCT) in the treatment of patients with locally disseminated breast cancer. It is shown that rIAPCT resulted in a notable objective effect and significantly improved the remote results of treatment compared to a group of patients treated with neoadjuvant small-fraction radiotherapy (40–45 Gy).
