THE STUDY OF CHROMOSOMAL NUCLEOLAR ORGANIZERS IN LUNG PАRENCHYMA EPITHELIUM FOR SPECIFICATION OF ADENOCARCINOMA HISTOGENESIS

The spectrum of variability of histogenetic lung adenocarcinoma is presented. It has been shown that the studies performed at the level of nucleolar organizers, allow detect the signs and potential probabilities of proliferation and cell malignization prior to their light-optic manifestations. Gradual growth of activity of chromosomal nucleolar organizers during the development of malignant transformation of alveolar cells has been demonstrated, what may support the possibility of lung adenocarcinoma development from alveolar epithelium.
