PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF CONSERVATIVE SURGERY OF PATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER. II. INDICATIONS AND CONTRA-INDICATIONS OF THE SENTINEL LYMPHATIC NODE BIOPSY

There was done an analysis of information in literature concerning the indications and contra- indications to the regional lymphatic node biopsy. There was analysed the role of modern factors of prognosis individualizing the indications to limfadenektomy. Among debatable questions the most important was the problem of mikro-metastases in lymphatic nods that requires the subsequent researches and study of factors of distribution prognosis of swelling cells in the vessels of the lymphatic system. The use of neoaduvantive chemotherapy is an important direction for expansion of indications for the biopsy of watch lymphatic node of patients with tumors more than 5 sm in size.
