MODERN STATE AND PERSPECTIVES OF FUNDAMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS IN EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL ONCOLOGY

The modern data about molecular mechanisms of malignant transformation, molecular sertification of tumor cells for individual therapy are analyzed. The role and relationship with different stages of carcinogenesis, chronic inflammation, angiogenesis, tumor stroma and their microenvironment, immunological aspects of tumor growth are discussed. The fundamentals of new strategies of medicinal therapy of malignant tumors are formulated.
