MORPHOLOGICALLY DIAGNOSTIC OF METASTASIS IN LYMPHATIC NODES OF NECK AND MEDIASTINUM IN PATIENTS’ WITH SUSPICION OF THE LUNG CANCER

The results of prescalen’s biopsy in 129 patients and diagnostic’s mediastinotomy in 18 with suspicion of lung cancer and other diseases have been analyzed, which made to patients after small- or non- informative punction biopsy. The increasing lymphatic nodes were evidence. In 31 (21.1%) patients’ tumor processes have not been showed; 2 (1.4%) patients’ has been tuberculosis of lung, 2 — inflammation processes and 4 (2.7%) — sarcoidosis Bekka. In other 116 (78.9%) patients in lymphatic nodes or fragments’ of tumor were showed malignant process. In 1 (0.7%) case was gemangiosarcoma, timoma in other and in 1 (0.7%) patient — carcinosarcoma; in 3 (2.0%) case’s — non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, in 6 (4.7%) — Hodgkin’s lymphoma, in 104 (70.1%) — lung cancer. In 23 (15.6%) patients with lung cancer in lymphatic nodes have not been metastasis and him were designated the treatment of the radical program. Available of the metastasis N have been confirmed in others patients
