THE DEMOGRAPHYCAL AND EPIDEMIOLOGYCAL FEATURES OF BREAST CANCER IN DIFFERENT ETHNIC GROUPS OF CRIMEAN WOMAN

A purpose of work is comparing of quantity and age-dependent composition of the most numerous ethnic groups of womanish population of Crimea with the incidence of breast cancer. Comparisons are conducted between three ethnic groups of population of Crimea — Slavs, Tatars, Armenian womanish population. The most high morbidity was observed in Armenian ethnic group (91.4 per 100 thousands), in slavonic population incidence was below (63.5 per 100 thousands). The lowest incidence was observed in Crimean-Tatar population (42.8 per 100 thousandsofpopulation; р< 0.001). Inpremenopausal period there is similar growth of breast cancer incidence in all populations. In postmenopausal period in the Crimean- Tatar ethnic group it was fall-off of index of breast cancer incidence comes from 103.4 in 50–59 years – to 69.1 per 100 thousands in age 60–69 years.
