SECONDARY BREAST RECONSTRUCTION FOLLOWING MASTECTOMY FOR CANCER

The results of the delay breast reconstruction were studied in 107 patients with mastectomy for cancer. Different techniques were used for reconstructive procedure: «expander-prothesis» system (16 cases); latissimus dorsi muscle flap (27 cases) and transposition or free TRAM-flap transfer in 64 cases. The comparative analysis in four clinical groups have shown that good results can be achieved by different techniques it patient selection was done in a properly way.
