ANTIANDROGENS IN HORMONOTHERAPY OF PROSTATE CANCER PATIENTS

The data on the schemes of antiandrogens (AntiA) application, efficacy, tolerability, and side effects in treatment of prostate cancer (PC) patients were analyzed. This paper presents the results on efficacy and tolerance of drugs-generics, domestically produced by OJSC «Farmak», namely, non-steroid AntiA Flutаfarm® and steroid AntiA Androfarm used for treatment of PC with І–ІV grades (Т1-4N0-1M0-1). It was shown that there is no significant difference in efficacy and tolerance of these dugs in comparison with a reference drugs (Flucinom, Androcur®, Androcur® Depo).
