CLINICAL EXPERIENCE FOR USE OF NON-SPECIFIC IMMUNOTHERAPY IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH LOCALLY ADVANCED BREAST CANCER

The article presents findings of use of non- specific immunotherapy with polyoxidonium in complex treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer. Expediency of use of immunomodulator polyoxidonium in combination with chemoradiotherapy is grounded. Use of polyoxidonium is shown to promote prevention of postoperative complications, elimination of side effects of chemoradiotherapy that results in improvement of life quality of patients during postoperative period.
