The paper reviews the main areas, means and ways to improve the efficacy of anti-tumor treatment in disseminated forms of malignant process in thoracic and abdominal cavities. Data is provided on the high ef- ficacy and low toxicity of chemotherapeutic treatment with domestic anti-tumor drug containing complexes of platinum with deoxyribonucleic acid.
