PROPHYLAXIS OF THE OVARIO‑ MENSTRUAL CYCLE DISORDERS IN REPRODUCTIVE AGE PATIENTS FOLLOWING FRACTIONAL UTERUS SCRAPING

In the article the research is presented on the use of Cyclodynon preparation («Bionorica AG», Germa‑ ny) for the treatment and prevention of dysfunctional uteri‑ ne bleeding (DUB) in patients after fractional diagnostical treatment of scraping the uterus intersticial mucousmemb‑ rane and cervical canal having contra‑indications to the hormonal correction of ovario‑menstrual cycle. It was es‑ tablished that during 6 months of investigations the prepa‑ ration has positive lyreduced the frequency of DUBrelapses, is well tolerated by patients and couses no side effects. Частота рецидивов ДМК у пациенток, полу чавших препарат Циклодинон на протя­жении 6 мес после ФДВ, достоверно ниже таковой у женщин, не получавших аналогичное лечение.Препарат Циклодинон хорошо переноситсяи не проя­вля­ет побочных эффектов, что позволя­‑ ет рекомендовать его как препарат выбора у больных с противопоказания­ми к использованию гормонального леченияпо поводу ДМК.
