AND ENDOLYMPHATIC IMMUNOTHERAPY IN TREATMENT OF LOCALLY DISSEMINATED AND GENERALIZED KIDNEY CANCER

Reported are result soft reatment of 21 patients with locally disseminated and generalized kidney cancer. The therapy applied included a combination of extracorporal detoxication (plasmapheresis) and endolymphatic administration of recombinant alpha-2b interferon. This therapy proved to be very efficient and well tolerated. Partial regression and stabilization of the process was observed in more than 50% patients, their survival rates and life quality being increased.
