Timovska Yu.O., Novak O.E.

The paper presents the review of the litera- ture about reasons of variability of direct neoadjuvant polichemotherapy efficacy of patients with locally ad- vanced breast cancer patients (LABC). It was estab- lished that variability of direct efficacy of LABC pa- tients accordingly to RECIST criterions and histological grading of response to primary chemotherapy are car- dinal indexes of individual sensitiveness LABC to cyto- static neoadjuvant therapy. The individual sensitiveness to cytostatics depends from many factors (clinical, mor- phological, kinetical, molecular). It was underlined the necessity of correct pathomorphologocal classification for estimation of histological grading of response to prima- ry chemotherapy in operative material, molecular-bi- ological characteristics locally advanced breast cancer together with other certain clinical and morphological factors for estimate of directs chemotherapeutic results, correction of adjuvant therapy and prognosis.
