CLINICAL VALUE OF ZONAL REOPNEUMOGRAPHY IN DEFINITION OPERABLENESS OF PATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER
In last time achieved some success in treatment of lung cancer (LC). It depends from development of surgical treatment. Operation (removing parts or all pulmonum) can made worse health and patient’s quality of life. Therefore very important is definition compensation abilities of patient. Aim of our work is confirm possibilities of using reopneumography for definitions of operableness patient with LC with help X-ray, computed tomography (CT) scan, angiopulmonography and operation findings. We made and analyzed reopneumograms 27 patients with LC that treated in Zaporozhye regional clinical oncology cancer. After comparison of CT-scan, angiopulmonography data and operation findings we find out that reopneumography significant represent of ventilation and blood supply abnormalities in patients with LC. It allows wide using zonal reopneumography for determination of functional patient operableness.
