PALLIATIVE COMPLEX THERAPY OF THE METASTATIC RENAL CELL CARCINOMA

According to standards of diagnostic and treat- ment of oncological diseases existing in Ukraine patients with T1-4N0-3M1 stage of renal cell carcinoma should carry out a palliative nephrectomy. In practice palliative nephrectomy not always prolongs patients life, but dooms them to additional sufferings. Efficiency of palliative nephrectomy at sick of re- nal cell carcinoma with remote metastases (М1) depending on separate prognostic factors in comparison with conserva- tive therapy results for the purpose of development of substan- tiated indications to surgical treatment is studied.
