CANCER DISEASE — AN ELEMENT OF EVOLUTION OF THE ORGANIC WORLD

Kairiyak O.V.

The hypothesis of value of cancer for evolution according to which the tumor is the generator of essentially new sequences DNA, RNA and proteins to a phenomenon of genetic instability is suggested. The assumption of value of the programmed cell death in the preservation and dissem- ination of the biosphere information about the initial stages of the life on Earth is stated. Apoptosis, as a variant of cell death does not lead to the destruction of the species of genetic information. The key role in perception, storage and distri- bution of the new genetic information belongs to the immune system which is not forming against a tumor the valuable im- mune answer. The immune system distinguishes a tumor as chronically regenerating tissue, promotes selection of clones with new antigenic determinants, generates miRNA, provid- ing penetration of the new genetic information in phyloge- netical an alien macroorganism — the recipient. Allocation of new sequences of nucleic acids in an environment is car- ried out as nucleosomes bysecrets of the patient. By means of horizontal stream nucleosomes the information is distribut- ed in biosphere, being fixed first of all by organisms with the weak or blocked system of the RNA-interference. New ge- netic information remains in cytoplasm, or is built in a gene and stored in heterochromatin structure.
