BRONHOPLASTIC EXTENDED LOWER LOBECTOMY FOR TUMORS OF THE LOWER LOBE BRONCHUS IN THE PRESENCE OF CICATRIX STENOSIS OF PRIMARY BRONCHUS AND CONGENITAL APLASIA OF THE LOWER LOBE OF LEFT LUNG
The clinical observation of patient with teratoblastoma of distal bronchus of left lung and congenital aplasia of lower lobe of left lung on the background of cicatrix stenosis of distal part of primary bronchus is presented. The case represent a practical interest from the point of view of combination of several pathologies in left lung, complexity of presurgical diagnosis and application of radical organ-preserving operation.
