The impact of clinical and morphological specifics on the life expectancy of patients with penile cancer (120) was analyzed. They were evaluated in terms of their value as optimization factors in treatment tactics. It is concluded that the prognosis is unfavorable in the presence of the following factors: tumor size > 2 cm, endophytic form, anaplasia of grades 3–4, regional metastases, lacking or low response to treatment. The above-mentioned factors should be taken into account in choosing the treatment tactics.
