PECULIARITIES OF CLINICAL COURSE OF CHRONIC GENITAL INFLAMMATORY DISEASES WITH CERVICAL PATHOLOGIES ASSOCIATED WITH PAPILLOMAVIRUS IN WOMEN OF CHILDBEARING AGE
The results of complex examinations of women of child bearing age with chronicinflammatory diseases of genitals of viral-and-bacterial ethiology are pre- sented. The basic surveyed group consisted of 30 women with viral-and-bacterial diseases of genitals and cervical pathology. The control group included 40 women with inflammatory diseases of genitals of viral-and-bacterial ethiology. Findings of examinations of both groups evi- dence that the major role in occurrence of chronic in- flammatory diseases of genitals and cervical pathologies plays mixed-infection (a clamidiosis, a ureaplasmosis, a mycoplasmosis, genital herpes, papillomaviral infec- tion, etc.). It is detected that in the basic group 18 (60%) women had confirmed benign changes of cervical epithe- lium and 12 (40%) had precancer changes in the form of acid-white epithelium, mosaics and stippling.
