NEOADJUVANT HORMONOTHERAPY OF BREAST CANCER (STAGES I–IIIА) IN WOMEN WITH PRESERVED MENSTRUAL- OVARIAN FUNCTION AS A MONOTHERAPY AND IN COMBINATION WITH RADIOTHERAPY

Objective effects of various methods of neoadjuvant therapy in breast cancer (stages I–IIIА) in women with preserved menstrual­ovarian function are analyzed. Radiotherapy in combination with hormonotherapy (fareston, 60 mg/day) is shown to be the most efficient approach.
