The survival rate and relationship between survival and benign patology presence in patients with hereditary, family, and sporadic breast cancer (BC) was analyzed. The survival of patients with hereditary BC is lower compared to sporadic BC. Hereditary BC is more common in patients with dyshormonal hyperplasias of the breast. A very strong (r = 0.99) inverse correlation was established between the survival rates of patients with particular variants of BC and the rates of benign patology in each group. Since hereditary BC is very aggressive resulting in a low survival, it warrants a special attention and new diagnostic and treatment approaches.
